If for any reason you are unhappy with any of the goods that you receive you can send them back to us for an exchange or full refund to:

Goods to be returned or exchanged must be sent back within 10 days. Please ensure that all items are in the exact condition that they were received in, with all the original tags attached.

A Returns form will be enclosed with your delivery, please ensure that this is filled in and enclosed with the items being returned.

Please note that we only refund for the amount of the items purchased and are not responsible for the return postage costs. When posting the items back to us please retain your proof of postage as without this we are not liable for any items that fail to reach us.
